Board of Trustees

The Board of Trustees is responsible for the overall governance of the Charity. The Trustees of the charity are also the Directors of the company. All the Trustees are directly elected by the Members at the Annual General Meeting, and one third must stand down each year. The elected Trustees may co-opt up to an additional 5 members at any one time. Currently there are 10 Trustees. Elected Trustees must stand for re-election after a maximum of three years. Co-opted Trustees are appointed by the Board and must either stand for election at the next Annual General Meeting or stand down.
