Refunds & Returns
If you would like to return your goods for a refund, for any reason, just return it unused and undamaged in suitable packaging within 30 days of receipt. Please enclose a note indicating you are cancelling your order and requesting a refund. To allow us to process your refund efficiently please state our original order number, name and address. Your refund will be issued by cheque. You are responsible for the return carriage costs to us. Your refund will be for the product prices only, we do not refund your original postage and packing charge.

If we sent you an item you did not order (an "incorrect" item)
As soon as you find out we've sent you an incorrect item let us know and we will ensure you are refunded for it. If you want us to replace the item we sent you with the item you ordered let us know and we'll send you the correct item as soon as we can.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights.

Quality
We hope you will be delighted with the products you receive from us. If you have any query or complaint about the quality of the merchandise you have ordered and received please contact our office by telephone, letter, email, or fax as noted above.

Distance Selling Regulations
By law, customers located in the European Union have the right to withdraw from the contract to purchase an item within 14 working days of the day after the date the item is delivered. Simply return the item to us securely including, your order number and your name and address to ensure the correct allocation of the items against your order at our office.

Our Clothing Returns Policy
Please check your order carefully before submitting it, especially the size and colour of garments. We cannot accept returns of non-faulty goods because the products have been personalised specifically for you.

If you wish to cancel an order, please inform us as soon as possible. If it has already been processed it cannot be cancelled, due to the embroidered logos on the garment.

Products will only be replaced or refunded if they do not correspond to the order placed. In this instance, please return the incorrect item(s) to Coniston Corporate UK Ltd within 28 days of purchase in unused condition, with a covering letter stating whether you want a full refund or exchange.

Coniston Corporate UK Ltd will only acknowledge returned goods if they are sent using Royal Mail 'Signed For' Recorded delivery so you have proof of delivery. You will have to meet the delivery costs of returning the products, although Coniston Corporate UK Ltd will refund the postage at their discretion once the item in question is re-checked. If Coniston Corporate UK Ltd are at fault then they will reimburse Royal Mail 'Signed For' Recorded delivery postage costs.

This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
