We hope that you will be delighted with your order; however there are some things we would like to draw your attention to.  All money raised from sales goes to support our vital work.
The below statement relates to products bought from our website, we have a separate statement relating to clothing orders supplied by Coniston Corporate on our behalf.

Pricing
All pricing on this shop is in pounds sterling. If you are buying from overseas your payment card will be charged in pounds sterling at your card issuing bank’s current exchange rate to your local currency. For a guide to current exchange rates you can use the XE Currency Converter at www.xe.com; please treat this only as a guide as the exchange rate of your card issuing bank is likely to be different. Our pricing includes UK Value Added Tax at the current applicable rate. If you are purchasing from overseas you may have to pay an import duty to your own country, such duty is not covered in our pricing and you will be solely responsibly for its settlement to the appropriate authority.

Availability
The supply of goods from our Online Shop is subject to availability, and it is not always possible for us to inform you at the time you place your order whether the goods you want are still available for purchase. If the item is not available and not likely to come back into stock in a reasonable time we will cancel that item from your order and you will be refunded the cost of it.

Delivery
If the items in your order are in stock and available your order should be with you within 14 working days.  Delivery will be by Royal Mail, second class or parcel post.
Deliveries to the UK cost £2.00 for orders under £10 and £4.00 for orders over £10 regardless of the size and weight of your order.
Clothing Deliveries to the UK cost £3.50 per order regardless of the size and weight of your order and should be with you within 14 working days.  If you order just a hat the post and packing cost is £2.50.

Security
All our website financial transactions are handled through our payment services provider, Worldpay.  You should only provide your personal information to Worldpay after reviewing the Worldpay privacy policy (available at www. Worldpay.com).  We will share information with Worldpay only to the extent necessary for the purposes of processing payments you make via our website. 
You have our assurance that your information will not be shared with any other organisations except Worldpay, our chosen payment card service provider and Coniston Corporate UK Ltd if ordering clothing. Refunds & Returns
If you would like to return your goods for a refund, for any reason, just return it unused and undamaged in suitable packaging within 30 days of receipt. Please enclose a note indicating you are cancelling your order and requesting a refund. To allow us to process your refund efficiently please state our original order number, name and address. Your refund will be issued by cheque. You are responsible for the return carriage costs to us. Your refund will be for the product prices only, we do not refund your original postage and packing charge.

If we sent you an item you did not order (an "incorrect" item)
As soon as you find out we've sent you an incorrect item let us know and we will ensure you are refunded for it. If you want us to replace the item we sent you with the item you ordered let us know and we'll send you the correct item as soon as we can.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights.

Quality
We hope you will be delighted with the products you receive from us. If you have any query or complaint about the quality of the merchandise you have ordered and received please contact our office by telephone, letter, email, or fax as noted above.

Distance Selling Regulations
By law, customers located in the European Union have the right to withdraw from the contract to purchase an item within 14 working days of the day after the date the item is delivered. Simply return the item to us securely including, your order number and your name and address to ensure the correct allocation of the items against your order at our office.

Our Clothing Returns Policy
Please check your order carefully before submitting it, especially the size and colour of garments. We cannot accept returns of non-faulty goods because the products have been personalised specifically for you.

If you wish to cancel an order, please inform us as soon as possible. If it has already been processed it cannot be cancelled, due to the embroidered logos on the garment.

Products will only be replaced or refunded if they do not correspond to the order placed. In this instance, please return the incorrect item(s) to Coniston Corporate UK Ltd within 28 days of purchase in unused condition, with a covering letter stating whether you want a full refund or exchange.

Coniston Corporate UK Ltd will only acknowledge returned goods if they are sent using Royal Mail 'Signed For' Recorded delivery so you have proof of delivery. You will have to meet the delivery costs of returning the products, although Coniston Corporate UK Ltd will refund the postage at their discretion once the item in question is re-checked. If Coniston Corporate UK Ltd are at fault then they will reimburse Royal Mail 'Signed For' Recorded delivery postage costs.

This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
