Overhead Wires Project Volunteer Wanted!

Following the end of our Overhead Wires Officer's contract, we need to keep engaged with the process of policy formulation for the next round of price reviews, the mechanism through which we've made excellent progress on undergrounding electricity wires.

We're creating a part-time post, one day a month, which will maintain relationships with the key organisations involved (including Ofgem, CPRE, CNP and Electricity North West) and create an action plan for when the level of activity increases in mid-2012.

If you have excellent written, oral communication and report writing skills, previous experience of campaigning/implementation, an ability to meet targets and deadlines, experience of partnership working and possibly previous experience of writing policy papers and the policy arena then this volunteer post may appeal to you.
