FLD Grants
To encourage good practice and further protection and enhancement the landscape FLD operate two grant schemes:
Student Grants
FLD believes that research into key areas related to landscape has an important role to play in improving understanding and promoting good practice. Grants of up to £300 are available to students carrying out work relevant to FLD.

Environmental Improvement Grants
FLD also operates an environmental improvement grants scheme designed to enhance the distinctive characteristics of the Cumbrian landscape. The scheme is available to community groups throughout rural Cumbria.
